Returns and Cancellations

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will issue a refund of the purchased item cost or provide an exchange provided the item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt and are in a resalable condition (meaning the item(s) cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn). We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a resalable condition.

*Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless there is a fault).

*One free exchange allowed per order.

Please post the item to the return address provided below and retain proof of postage. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order. We recommend using a tracked service or a service that will cover the cost of the item.

We currently have return addresses in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UAE and USA. If you are located in one of these countries, please contact us at hello@925silverly.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Please include the following information when returning an item(s):

  1. Your order number
  2. If you would like an exchange or a refund
  3. If you would like an exchange, please clearly state which item/s (including size/colour, etc.)

Returning a faulty item

For incorrect, faulty, or damaged items, email us at hello@925silverly.com for a prepaid label and return instructions. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Under our 6-month warranty, we'll repair or replace items that have a manufacturing fault for free. Exclusions: normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place your order on the website, without giving any reason and up to 14 calendar days upon receipt of your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. REFUNDS

The balance will be refunded within 7 days from the day we receive the item(s) according to the conditions mentioned above.

We will refund the amount to your original payment method. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

Refunds generally take 2 to 5 days to be credited to an account.
